Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with DomainHeaven.

This policy explains what DomainHeaven collects, why we collect it and how it is protected. It applies to our public website and to your DomainHeaven account.

Information we collect

Account details such as your name, email address and phone number; business details you provide for services you order; documents you or our specialists upload to your account; and support requests you send us. We also keep basic technical records needed to operate and secure the platform.

How we use it

To deliver the services you order, communicate about your orders and cases, provide support, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Sensitive information

Never send passwords, tax identifiers, or full payment-card numbers through public chat, email or a contact form. Sensitive details belong in the secure intake inside your account. Payment-card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored by DomainHeaven.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us deliver a service you ordered — for example payment processing, email delivery, filing agents or registrars — and where required by law.

Security and access

Access to customer records is restricted by role. Employees can only see the work assigned to them, and financial and system settings are limited to administrators. Access to records is logged.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details at any time, request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain.
