Do you guarantee my business name will be approved?
No. Only the state can approve a name. We review it for obvious conflicts and ask for a backup so a rejection does not stall your filing.
Is the state filing fee included?
Yes. Once you choose your state and entity type, the price you see is your complete price — the state filing fee and the DomainHeaven service fee together. No separate filing fee is added later.
