Terms of Service
The agreement between you and DomainHeaven when you use our platform and services.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Public sign-up creates a customer account. Staff accounts are issued only by DomainHeaven administrators.
Services
Services are delivered as described on the service page you order from. Some services depend on government agencies, registrars or other third parties, and their timelines are outside our control.
Fees and payment
Prices shown at checkout apply to that order, and we charge exactly the total shown. For formation and other government filings, the price includes the applicable government filing fee and our service fee — no separate filing fee is added later. Third-party charges that are not part of a filing, such as domain registry charges, are identified before you pay. Payment is processed by our payment provider.
Domains and websites
Domains recorded in your account must be ones you own or control. A website can be published once the related order is paid and the domain has been verified by DomainHeaven.
Acceptable use
Do not use DomainHeaven for unlawful activity, to misrepresent your identity, or to publish content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend an account that puts the platform or other customers at risk.
No legal or tax advice
DomainHeaven is not a law firm, accounting firm or tax adviser and does not provide legal or tax advice. Our specialists prepare and submit filings based on the information you provide.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform grows and will make the current version available here. Questions? Email support@dmnheaven.com.
