Mailbox storage varies by plan, with options supporting up to 50 GB. Your exact allowance is set on your plan by DomainHeaven and confirmed with you at setup — we don't publish a number we can't guarantee.
What happens after you pay
- Payment received — your order is recorded and a case opens in your dashboard.
- Setup required — we confirm your domain and the mailbox names you want.
- Provisioning — mailboxes are created with the email provider and DNS records are set.
- Action required — shown if we need something from you, such as a DNS change at another registrar.
- Active — only once mailboxes genuinely exist and you can sign in. Sign-in details are shared securely, never by public form.
Mailbox setup is currently staff-assisted with our email provider. Your dashboard shows the real state of the work — no mailbox is marked active before it exists.

What we'll need from you
- A domain you own, recorded and verified in your account
- The mailbox names you want (for example info@, you@)
- Who should receive each mailbox
- Access to change DNS if your domain is registered elsewhere
Never send passwords, card numbers or government ID numbers through public forms or the assistant. Your specialist will tell you the secure way to share anything sensitive.
What happens after you order
Your order shows Payment received and a case opens. You will see Setup required, Provisioning and, if we need something from you, Action required. Sign-in details are shared securely — never through a public form and never invented in advance.

Do I need a domain first?
Yes. Business email is tied to a domain you own. Buy one at our store or transfer one you already have.
How much storage do I get?
Mailbox storage varies by plan, with options supporting up to 50 GB. We confirm your exact allowance at setup rather than publishing a number we can't guarantee.
Can I add more mailboxes later?
Yes. When you outgrow your plan, move up to the next plan size from your dashboard.
When is my mailbox really ready?
Only when the provider has created it. Your plan does not show Active until then, and we never send made-up credentials.
